I have lived in one of them and another was planned to be my office. Some good friends have enjoyed them too.
The best part of dealing with a private, small business like Extra Virgin LLC is that we don’t have to answer to any corporate policies of the big companies. We can be way more flexible in dealing with people and the things that are important to them. We can also resolve issues quickly… the property manager is not servicing any more properties than the ones you see on this website. The name Extra Virgin comes from my belief that it’s our responsibility to keep all the residences in great condition.
